In plain language: Super Connectors is a curated introduction program for YPO Entrepreneurship Network members. When you submit a Need or Lead, we collect what you type (and your name/email if you give them), use an AI service to help tag and summarize it, store it securely, and have a human Regional Champion review it before any introduction is made. We never introduce you automatically.
If you're a Champion or Admin using this dashboard, we collect your account details (name, email) and a record of the decisions you make, so every introduction has a clear, accountable trail.
We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't use tracking/advertising cookies anywhere on this site.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- Visitors and members who submit a Need or Lead through the Challenge Card / Client Intake form on ypo-en.com, whether through the form directly or through a linked Google Form.
- Regional Champions and Admins who use this dashboard to manage submissions and matches.

2. Information we collect
If you submit a Need or Lead

If you're a Champion or Admin
- Account details: your name and email address.
- Login credentials: your password is stored and managed by our authentication provider (Supabase); we never see or store it ourselves in plain form.
- Activity record: which matches you approved, rejected, or adjusted, so every introduction has a clear, accountable owner.
- Presence status: whether your account currently shows as active or away, visible to other Admins on this dashboard.
3. How we use this information
- To find and suggest relevant matches between Needs and Leads.
- To let a human Regional Champion review, approve, reject, or adjust suggested matches before any introduction happens.
- To notify our internal team when a new Need or Lead is submitted, so it can be reviewed promptly.
- To operate and secure this dashboard for Champions and Admins.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the public submission form.
We do not use your submission for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
4. Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run Super Connectors. None of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We do not currently send your data to any AI provider for the actual matching computation itself. That step runs entirely on our own servers, with no external service involved.
5. Cookies
The public Need/Lead submission form does not use cookies at all. This dashboard uses one functional session cookie, set by our authentication provider, solely to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies anywhere.
6. How long we keep information
- Need/Lead submissions are kept until a program Admin deletes them, for example at your request (see Section 7).
- Champion/Admin account records are retained even after an account is deactivated, so historical introductions remain accurately attributed. Deactivated accounts can no longer log in.
- Technical spam-prevention data tied to your IP address is intended to be short-lived and used only to detect abuse patterns.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting aiteam@the-phoenix.com. Because submissions are reviewed and deleted manually by an Admin, please allow a reasonable time for us to process your request. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another jurisdiction with its own data protection law, you may have additional rights under that law. Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
8. International users
YPO's Entrepreneurship Network is a global membership community. If you submit information from outside the country where our servers and service providers are located, your information will be transferred to and processed there (currently the United States).
9. Children's privacy
Super Connectors is intended for YPO Entrepreneurship Network members and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, anyone under 18.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), individually authenticated Champion/Admin accounts, role-based access controls, and rate limiting on the public submission form. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Super Connectors changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
