Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By submitting a Need or Lead, or by accessing this dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Super Connectors.

2. Who can use Super Connectors

Super Connectors is intended for members of the YPO Entrepreneurship Network. Champion and Admin accounts are issued individually and may only be used by the person they were created for. Do not share your login.

3. What this service is (and isn't)

• Super Connectors is a curated introduction platform. Every submission is reviewed by a human Regional Champion before any match is made. No algorithm makes a final introduction decision on its own.
• We do not guarantee that submitting a Need or Lead will result in a match, an introduction, a meeting, or any particular business outcome.
• Matching and review generally take time. Submissions are not reviewed instantly.

4. AI-assisted processing

We use an AI service to help summarize and tag your submission for matching purposes. This AI-generated summary is a processing aid, not a guarantee of accuracy. It may occasionally misrepresent or omit details from what you actually wrote. A human Regional Champion reviews the underlying submission, not just the AI summary, before any match is made. If accuracy matters for a specific detail, verify it directly with the other party once introduced.

5. Your submissions

• You're responsible for making sure what you submit is accurate and not misleading, and that you have the right to share it.
• Only submit information you're comfortable being reviewed by a Regional Champion and, if matched, shared with the other party. Don't include sensitive personal information (financial account numbers, government ID numbers, health information, etc.); it isn't needed for matching.
• By submitting, you give us permission to store, process, and use your submission's content (including sharing the free-text portion with our AI processing provider, see our Privacy Policy) for the purpose of finding and facilitating a match.
• You may ask us to remove your submission at any time.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Impersonate someone else, or submit on someone else's behalf without their knowledge and consent.
• Spam, flood, or otherwise abuse the submission form, or attempt to bypass any rate limiting or security measure.
• Use Super Connectors for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defraud, or harm another member.
• Attempt to access another user's account or any part of the system you're not authorized to access.

We may remove any submission, or suspend or terminate access, for a violation of these terms.

7. Terms specific to Regional Champions and Admins

• Regional Champion is a volunteer role, not paid employment, and no compensation is owed unless separately agreed in writing.
• You agree to keep confidential any information you see while reviewing submissions, and to use it only for reviewing and facilitating matches.
• We may deactivate a Champion or Admin account at any time, including for a violation of these terms or of confidentiality. Deactivation does not delete your historical review record, which is retained for accountability.

8. Intellectual property

The Super Connectors name, design, and underlying software are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the license you grant us in Section 5.

9. No warranty

Super Connectors is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Super Connectors, or from any introduction, match, or business relationship that results from it. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and dealings with anyone you're introduced to through this service.

11. Termination

You may stop using Super Connectors at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the service or other members.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Super Connectors changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
